Join Caroline Schmidt and Jonathan Ellis for a 3 week Yoga cross training series that integrates the mindfulness of yoga with the physical culture of resistance training. Yoga has the power to transform people’s lives and empower individuals. Yoga also helps with range of
motion in every joint, and keeps the muscles supple but strong. Combining both yoga and resistance training doesn’t just build a body
for a specific activity, but brings us back into balance so our body can adapt to any movement…this is the future of mindful cross training!
Building on the strengths of both disciplines, this user-friendly practice combines breath based yoga postures, held in accurate alignment
and working out with light hand-held weights.
