Yoga Flow - All Levels
Yoga Flow: This vinyasa class explores the flow breath and movement through mindful sequencing of standing poses and seated poses, with introductions to backbends and inversions. This class is suitable for students of all levels, and is structured for students who have begun to practice yoga and would like to deepen their practice.
Yoga For Life - All Levels
Yoga For Life: This class explores both the physical power and transformative potential of yoga, and encourages students to develop mindfulness, confidence, and compassion through an emphasis on the breath, heart, and body alignment.
All Levels: Suitable for yogis of every level. Learn how the practice of yoga affects our lives both on and off the mat. Through meditation, pranayama and asana, students will experience the power of yoga. Modifications to poses are offered thoughout the classes, allowing every student to benefit from each pose, at any level.

Level I and II: mixed level for beginners and continuing students with a faster pace and more challenging variations to develop strength, balance and endurance.
