Do you have classes for people who are overweight and have been inactive?

Yes , I would suggest you try our Buddha Body class which meets at 6:45 pm on Monday night and at 10:45 am on Saturday mornings.

How many times a week should I come to class?

Yoga is designed to be practiced daily, but in the beginning I recommend 2 to 3 times a week. It will take awhile to build up strength and stamina. Read more…
